References and Further Reading

Each chapter includes an authored Further Reading section with its relevant sources. The source collection did not include a bibliography database or citation keys, so those reading lists have been preserved in place and no bibliographic records have been invented.

A consolidated, machine-readable bibliography may be added in a future revision after the existing references have been verified and normalized.
